Everything we do is designed around one belief, that young people don't need fixing. They need platforms, the right support, and people who believe in their brilliance. Our programmes are built to deliver exactly that.
EMPLOYABILITY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMMES
Our intensive employability programmes are focused on building the personal and professional skills needed to thrive in the workplace, including CV writing, mock interviews, workplace readiness, values mapping, self-awareness, identity exploration, and real-world workplace scenarios.
Our entrepreneurship programmes focus on hands-on learning in business planning, marketing, financial modelling, pitching, and venture development, helping young people turn ideas into action and build the confidence to create their own opportunities.
PARTNER PROGRAMMES
Co-designed with corporate partners such as COS, TCS, Insanity & Galliard Homes to give young people direct access to various sectors and industries such as tech, law, construction, fashion, and the creative industries. This includes shadowing, work experience, and pathways to apprenticeships or internships.
This also includes our 'special programme' - Her Future Now, empowering young women from ethnic minorities, addressing the disparities that exist between their academic achievements and their place in the workforce.

Level 1 — Future Focused
Ready to Take the Next Step?
For young people taking their first steps. This foundational programme builds the essentials — CVs, interview skills, goal-setting, public speaking, job searching, and above all, the mindset and confidence to believe a career they love is within reach.
Level 2 — Shine Brighter
For those ready to go deeper. Young people choose their path:
On the employability strand, they develop hands-on industry knowledge and practical skills through direct engagement with our corporate partners.
On the entrepreneurship strand, they build the business mindset learning to pitch, problem-solve creatively, present with confidence, and think like a founder.
Level 3 — Keep Shining
For those who are in work and want to grow. This ongoing strand supports young people in progressing their careers through networking skills, continued mentoring, coaching, and personal development that goes beyond the job description.
